FINDING A NEW HOME

The Isle of Wight Council Housing Options team offers free and impartial housing advice to anyone who requires it, regardless of their tenure or status, or whether they occupy accommodation or provide it.

Island HomeFinder:

Island HomeFinder is a partnership between the Isle of Wight Council, Sovereign Housing Association, Southern Housing Group, and Vectis Housing Association. It aims to give customers choice in deciding where they want to live. Properties that are available for rent are advertised each week. Once you have registered with Island HomeFinder, it will be up to you to let us know which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding. You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto Island HomeFinder. You can bid for as many properties each week as you want, provided you are eligible for that property.
