As part of the Open Government Policy provisions, this online contract document management system includes contracts (contracts, agreements, amendments, leases, certain permit agreements, etc.) executed by and between the City Manager, or his designee, on behalf of the City of Long Beach and other parties, as processed by the City Clerk since 1906. These contracts do not include contracts executed by and between the Board of Harbor Commissioners/Harbor Department and other parties nor by and between the Board of Water Commissioners/Water Department and other parties, unless a Harbor or Water contract is entered into with the City of Long Beach as an additional signing party.
